Would just like to thank everyone at Sacred Skin for everything especially Dave my tattooist. So friendly and helpful witheverything from a few smaller tattoos to the awesome cover up whichturned out better than I thought possible considering how big the old tattoo was.
He also did my friends first tattoo and was great for the whole thing. Going overseas for a couple of years now but
can't wait to return and get some more done. Thanks again for everything, will recommend you to anyone.

My husband Steve & I just want to Thank You so much – we are so glad we lost our tattoo virginity with you! As I am sure you are aware I was shitting myself (I am the little brunette who almost fainted). We are so happy with our tattoos & they healed up beautifully within a few days.
I love my tough sticker (& my ballet students >think I'm a mad snake) & have already planned my next 2!

I really want to congratulate Sacred Skin on their professionalism and customer service! I came in on thursday to receive my first
tattoo and after making the appointment. I was nervous at first but immediately was put to ease as I was greeted and taken care of! My Artist Dave came out and looked at my proposed designs and quickly went away and got it all up and running. He was professional, caring and above all else a friend through the whole journey!
He explained everything perfectly and my tattoo looks too beautiful for words! I recommend Sacred Skin for anybody interested in a
tattoo as they house some of the best artists in my opinion!

Hi Guys
I just have to congratulate you on your top notch tattoo parlour. I waited until my mid 50’s, walking with a cane, for my first tattoo and it was gorgeous – everyone comments on it and I always refer them to you. I didn’t think I was in their "normal age bracket” but was made to feel so welcome right from the start. Sacred Skin really does cater for everyone and the staff are all absolutely fantastic. The studio is spotless and I would urge anyone wanting a tat to go to Sacred Skin!
12 months later I fronted up for my second tattoo – a very important one for me after I was a few minutes away from dying a few months earlier. I had a design in mind, but as can happen with anything, it didn’t turn out to be quite what I wanted.
I spoke to Tony – the boss - and the most sincere man I have ever met. I explained my situation and after a chat, he drew me up a brand new tat, incorporating the existing one. He made a special all out effort and came in to fix my tat on a public holiday! I now have a great new tattoo on my leg which with Tonys’ insight and skilled artistry now symbolises the very personal meaning I wanted from this tattoo.
My new " Phoenix rising from the ashes” is the most awesome and beautiful image and I love it!!!. It depicts my battle to live and recovery perfectly, thanks to Tonys fantastic ideas.
Tony- Thanks for listening. I cannot thank you enough for your genuine concern to make sure I was happy You are a fantastic artist and I’ll be lining up for another tattoo soon.

Hello everyone, I just wanted to give a big thank you to Steve who finished off my beautiful thigh pieces today.
I had my first piece done with Steve a few months ago and loved what he had done with my vague idea for a tattoo piece. Now my legs are finally complete with my custom sparrows.
Everyone at Sacred Skin is wonderful and their work fantastic. I would never go to a different tattoo parlour after my Sacred Skin experience.

G'day guys,
My partner and I came in on Saturday 19/03/2011 looking like drowned rats after getting off a plane from Adelaide. The service we received was nothing short of fantastic, with friendly staff and great artists.
We both left completely happy with our tattoos done by Tilly (pictures to come once completely healed). Tilly really understood what we were trying to describe and her input was very valuable.
I would also like to thank Tilly for introducing us to some great new music including The Gallows and The City Shake Up.
If Woody ever tours Adelaide and you join him please bring your ink, otherwise can't wait to get back to Brisbane for some more ink.

Gday to all at sacred skin. Just congragulating you on an awesome shop and awesome tattooist Ben.
Ben did some writing on my ribs and fixed up a southern cross i had done a while back. Absolute top fucking notch mate, exactly what i wanted done and am so happy with the result so far. So many compliments about both of them so wanted to say thanks to Ben and i believe it was shane at the counter.

Hiya! I had an fantastic appointment at Sacred Skin yesterday getting my nose pierced.
Chilli was not only so amazingly skilled, helpful, informative but also the loveliest person you will ever meet!!!
It was really nice having such a professional yet friendly and safe environment to get my piercing done. I am very hopeful that the titanium piercing will heal up nicely and I'll be back in 6 months to pick up a sparkly stud to change over with.
Then I had a superb appointment getting a tattoo of a dagger through a heart and a banner saying "Courage" by Dave today. Dave is such an amazingly skilled and talented artist and made me feel so relaxed, really enjoyable session, you are so friendly!
The tattoo looks amazing, the colours are so vibrant and the detail is exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much for making me the happiest girl!

Hi .. I was in on Tuesday 8th of Feb and had 3 hour appointment with Steve for a touch up on an existing oriental theme sleeve. I had been to a few other tattooists that either didn't think it needed fixing or couldn't be bothered taking it on so was a little worried how close it would turn out to looking like what I had in mind getting another artist to work on it.I'd just like to thank him as he has done an awesome job!
His attention to detail was spot on and it's already looking 110 % better than what it was. I will definitely be booking in another appointment to get it finished off asap.

My name is Karolien Selen and I got a tattoo done at Sacred Skin,Stones Corner on Saturday at 2.00pm (30 October). I got a love heart
on my left wrist done.
I just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to your team. Jacob designed the tattoo and did an amazing job! He did exactly what I asked for and even gave me 8 options to choose from which made is much easier.
Dave was the tattoo artist and was also very very nice! It was my first tattoo and he made me feel very comfortable and took away some of my nerves.
There was also another lady (she was in the reception area) who sat with me while I got my tattoo done, but I didn't get her name. She was also very lovely and ensured I was at ease whilst getting the tattoo done.
As it was my first tattoo, I didn't really know what to expect when going into the studio but your team just blew me away. Everyone was very professional, talented and so friendly. I had a GREAT experience at your tattoo parlour and was very impressed so please pass on my comments to Jacob, Dave and the 'to be named' lady.

I would like to give a huge thank you to the staff at Sacred Skin, Stones Corner.
From the second I walked through the door, I was welcomed heartily by Shane. Shane was brilliant, answering all of my questions and making me feel reassured and relaxed the entire time. I know that my request for UV ink was a little less common and he was fantastic in allaying any queries I had.
When I explained - rather ineloquently - what I wanted, he quickly introduced me to Heather. Heather communicated with me and focussed on the overall "feel" I wanted from my tattoo. I had picked out a design of a fish I liked from a movie and given her screen shots as references. I was amazed when, on my next visit, Heather informed the fish was "Chloe" and had make her debut in "Pinocchio". This extra research and effort made me appreciative that those involved in the Tattoo actually cared about it.
Once Heather had narrowed down the artist who would best be able to bring my ideas to life, she booked me with Steve. Steve immediately discarded the artwork Heather and I had decided on! But, he came back with an amazingly unique design that blew my mind. Despite my initial scepticism that I could last a continuous 4 hr session, he began carving the image into my side. Luckily, the banter between Carla and Tony over the music made me smile and forget the pain - until he used the "owie needle". (I have since forbidden him to use that one on me!)
Over 13 hrs and four sessions later, I have a unique, beautiful, meaningful, enviable piece of permanent body art that makes me want to become a nudist so I can show it off!
Thank you very much Sacred Skin! Tony - you have a fantastic team there and have every right to be proud of them and the service they provide. You have given me a memorable and positive tattooing experience and I will recommend you highly to all who will listen!

Hey guys,
Just wanted to send a big thanx to Tony and the staff at Sacred Skin...I came in the shop with possibly the worst tattoo job seen by man, worst still it was big and on my ribs so not exactly an easy one to hide!!!
After I got it [at another studio] I instantly knew I was in trouble, not just how it looked but also the shock my body suffered after being tattooed by a butcher...So here I am, shit tattoo, ashamed to take off my shirt, god damn it this was supposed to be my own personal flag and I wouldn't wipe my back side with it!!!
The question was a simple one "get this thing fixed" but how?
Sacred Skin was suggested to me by a person that hadn't even been tattooed there, I showed a second guy my ordinary tattoo and again Sacred Skin was the name he mentioned, 3rd guy same again! It was time to pay Sacred Skin a visit and after my first trip to the Stones Corner store I knew I was in good hands. Friendly environment to put you at ease, experienced staff front and back make you feel welcome and most importantly the skills of Tony, you saved the day and I can't thank you enough mate! I'm proud of my rib job now and I can't wait to have it finished off and added to later this year, see ya again soon...

After having such a terrible first tattoo experience [at another studio] I was nervous about putting my faith & trust into another artist, that would actually care about what they were putting into someones skin, and making sure it was just right for me and how I wanted it.
Turns out, everyone there at Sacred Skin are total champions. From the first time I walked in & walked out last, everything was professional & yet personal.
I couldn't be more stoked with my tattoo, Steve you did a perfect, amazing job thank you so very much.
I can't wait to visit again soon and wouldn't put my business & dollars anywhere else :D

I finally got the tattoo I always wanted. I had been searching for a long time to find the right Tattooist (there are so many dodgy ones). I came across you guys through word of mouth. I'm so glad I came to check it out. Tony, you not only did an amazing job, you made it fun and interesting. Me putting my foot in my mouth a few times made you laugh out loud and still continues to I'm sure. The Tigers turned out awesome (the 6 hours was so worth it).

I just wanna say thanks to Steve for my gecko tattoo he did for me on my foot on Monday the 12th! Its still healing away, but I've had so many compliments on it already! He did an amazing, amazing job and it turned out even better than I hoped. I'm already researching for my next one! And I've got a friend from NSW who is gunna come and get her first tattoo with you guys, coz I told her you did such a good job!!
I will come in to show him off again when he's all healed up and to make an app for my friend!!

Just a quick message to say thanks so much for the work you did on my first tat.
After myself being late and being a complete dick and asking for a bitch of a design you sorted it and it looks awesome. The aboriginal design around my leg looks sick and has now all but healed.
A fellow rocker and beer fan made conversation easy and made the whole experience a lot less daunting than I expected it to be.
If you do come over to the UK give me a bell dude as am hooked now and am already looking to get my next design done, you would be my first choice. If I ever have any friends over there I would recommend going to Sacred Skin, its a massive shame I live 1000's of miles away or I'd be back very soon!

Just a quick note to say a big thank you to Tony and the team.
After surfing the net for many months to find the studio that I thought would best suit me for my "holiday tattoo" whislt on holiday from New Zealand I came in on 14-02-10 and received my first tattoo (butterfly on a rose).
I have to say I was so nervous I honestly thought I was going to be sick!!! Tony and his team did a fantastic job of explaining the whole process and answered in depth all of my questions etc (not only at the studio but all of the questions that I asked via e-mail as well).
The whole team at Sacred Skin were very professional and the studio is very clean and hygenic. Before I knew it I was in the chair and it was all go. I have to admit I was a bit sceptical that the tattoo would look like the picture I took in, but I was definitley proved wrong the tattoo is "ABSOLUTELY AWESOME" and is far nicer than the picture!!!.
It has healed well and I love it more every day. I get so many comments from friends that have tattoos on how good the job is and how great it looks.
So to Tony and all the team "THANKS" for the beautiful art - you have helped fulfill a lifetime dream and I have no hesitation in recommending you to friends etc. I will certainly be back next time I am on holiday in OZ.

I can't believe the job you have done - it is just what I was looking for. You should see my tattoo next to Steffi's - WOW it is really related in layout and colour, shapes and feel.
The whole experience on Wednesday (except the flight) was truly excellent...maybe it was just as well I came to Brissy as Sacred Skin is very welcoming, and Tony sure has created a friendly atmosphere.
Hearing you guys talking so much about your art is really cool. It is reassuring and really interesting.

G'day Guy's,
My compliments would have to start at my first experience in entering your premises, as it would have been one of the cleanest parlours that I have been into and the fact that Shane who spoke to me was a great help also. He was very professional in his manner in helping me to decide what I would need and what I liked to do the cover-up. Not an easy task especially as I came up from Adelaide where it is not necessary most of the time to make appointments to have a tattoo done and to have it started that day was fantastic.
Then my apprehension started when young Mat was introduced to me and I'm thinking I have been married longer than this kid has been alive also seemed daunting as well. Not only did he allay all of my fears, he also made me feel welcome and quite confident in his ability.
When he made the first outline stencil it took two turns to position it but once decided upon the correct site I knew then that this KID! had talent. I have family members who have tattoos and even after just having the outline done they were all very impressed with how fine the work carried out was. I am coming back up in late December but unfortunately I will not have time to drop in as my wife and I are just flying through to further our holidays. But mark my words, I will be up there in April and I will have some more work done.
Hopefully Mat will still be there. I would like to buy him a Scotch or two to apologize for my slight indiscretions in doubting his ability.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all of you guys at SACRED SKIN :)
My tattoo is on Jon's page, the ugly feet ha ha, the one of the little girl catching the balloon! I've had it done 5 months now and I have had no trouble despite it being on my feet! I get complimented on it quite often and I have Jon to thank for that!
Everyone at SACRED SKIN was so friendly to me. It was my first tattoo and I was petrified, you guys all made me feel at ease laughing and joking with me! I will definitely coming back for another one in the near future.

To the team and especially Jon.
I received my first tattoo from you last Friday. It was my 18th Birthday present from my older sister. We got two butterflies and some mandarin text. You have done an amazing job.
I absolutely love my tattoo and don't think I could be happier. First timer tattoo and Jon couldn't have been more supportive, he was great to have a joke with and did his very best to take away my thought of the pain.
I have already given out one of your business cards and recommended all of my friends and family to you guys.
The main reason we chose to get tattooed at SACRED SKIN was the staff were just amazing so supportive and did their very best to make us comfortable, CLEANEST place I had ever been to in regards to a tattoo shop. As this is my first but not last tattoo I am unsure of what will and is happening to my tattoo site in regards to peeling skin and what not, I have called the shop a few times and they are more than happy to assist with any questions I have even if they are stupid ha ha.
Thanks for the great and amazing experience and I am over the moon with how my tattoo has turned out, no doubt I will be back for more, not on my hip though.

Hey to all the guys at SACRED SKIN! I was in last month to get an ambigram of my son's name on my forearm and 3 weeks after that to get a tattoo with my twin sister.

Hi Guys,
About 6 weeks ago Kelly accomplished a long time desire I had, to have my daughter's name; Katacia Shea, tattooed on my back. I'm absolutely over the moon with end result, and I thank all concerned for their time and effort.
The end result is better than I expected and I'll be frank, you guys were the 3rd parlour I visited before deciding to run with, SACRED SKIN.
As a 'mature' canvas I wanted something that was meaningful; and representative of why I wanted my tattoo.
I wanted something a little different; not straight out of the 'book of fonts', I also wanted to be involved in the process, and ultimately, comfortable with the end result. You guys nailed it.
Thanks Jon for your artistic talent; and understanding.
Kelly, you made this journey well worth it. You have a great ear, a gentle hand (not easy in the tattoo industry), and you are a wonderful artist. And to Heather, thank you for your inspiration, and caring manner.
Collectively you guys have the full package; in the end, this was the major reason I ran with SACRED SKIN.

Anybody thinking of getting a new tattoo or an old tattoo covered up as I have just recently had done, don't go anywhere but SACRED SKIN.
I highly recommend the team at SACRED SKIN for their dedicated friendly customer service, clean environment and professional follow-ups making my experience extremely pleasurable with their easy going atmosphere.
I am definitely recommending you guys to all my friends and family, I have had so many enquires to where and who had done my tattoo, one lady came up to me in a busy shopping centre and said how real my butterfly looked and where she could get one done like mine, so of course I steered her in the right direction.
I am extremely happy with the end result.

A message all the way from far away Holland, Europe!
When I was living in Brisbane for a while, my housemate asked me to come with her to SACRED SKIN when she got her first tattoo done by Ben. When I walked in with her I felt comfortable right away. Ben and Josh were the only guys in there and they were just awesome.
I was thinking of getting a third tattoo myself and decided that SACRED SKIN was the perfect place to get it done. So a couple of days later on 21 August 2008 it was my turn.
Tyson tattooed my shoulder blade and he did a great job. The atmosphere was good, the guys kept joking around and I felt very comfortable and relaxed. SACRED SKIN is really the best tattoo shop I've ever been to (and trust me, I've visited many).
So thanks Tyson for making my awesome tattoo and your friendliness, thanks Ben for making me feel comfortable from the start and thanks Josh for being hot (so I don't agree with ALL the ladies love Tyson...) and making me laugh.

Hey guys,
Just wanting to write a quick email to express a big THANK YOU to Tyson and the gang.
I was a complete wuss when I decided to get it done. I wanted it done, and I knew that if I didn't get it pretty quick that I would probably chicken out! I called the studio after lunch and was being inked by 4:30pm that arvo. The studio was immaculately clean and sterile and I was made to feel completely comfortable.
I walked out of there a very happy customer. Further to this satisfaction, a few weeks later I got a courtesy call from the staff at Sacred Skin to check on how the Tat was going. I was blown away by this, as my first tattoo parlour I used back in Canberra did not offer this, nor had any that my mates have used.
I had my touch-up done on my superman tattoo a week ago and it looks FANTASTIC! I have already received a quote for my third tattoo for my 21st and am making decisions on fourth and fifth tattoos. I know where I'll be getting them done! Tyson, you are a champion, look forward to seeing you in a few months!

Willa and Vikki-Lynn (and the rest of the very friendly staff that I met), I love you. OMG, I can't believe how much I love my tattoo. It is truly beautiful. I'm so amazed by it every time I look at it in the mirror and find some other small detail that I didn't see the first time.
Willa you're a magician and a true artist and Vikki-Lynn thanks for your patience and your helpfulness when replying to my numerous emails.
I have attached a pic but it was taken when the skin was still red so if you would like one of it looking better for your web site I'll send you another.
You will definitely be seeing me again in the very near future when I start on this fabulous journey all over again.

I just wanted to email you to say a big thank you to Willa and the rest of the team at the Stones Corner studio for making my first ever tattoo experience an exceptional one!!
Now I can join the rest of the Kiwis aye? LOL.
I came in with my sister who got her second one done by Kelly on Thursday 14th , it was a really awesome Maori design with my name etc.. on it and she did a fabulous job on Jean. After leaving the studio I was saying how easy that looked, low and behold Jean booked me in on Friday to see Willa.
I was pretty scared beforehand (actually I was FREAKING out!!!) however Willa was really kind and friendly, apologising for her voice as she was losing it a bit which I didn't mind as I didn't think I would talk that much!!
Armed heavily with Chupa Chups the whole experience was well..easy! Didn't hardly hurt at all and I was left thinking ...when will I get my next one?
The design was beautiful and the colour absolutely amazing!! Thank you Willa, you certainly are an exceptional artist!!
I'm now back in New Zealand, and healing well, I'll send a photo of my beautiful butterfly tattoo once it's fully healed!!

I have to say getting tattooed by Willa and Matt was an experience worth having. I've been tattooed by other artists who not have come close to the work and friendly professional that these two wonderful people have shared with me through my tattoos.
I'm proud to say "I've been inked by two of the best artists in the bizz!
So whether its your first tattoos or your 100th, don't pass up the opportunity to be tattooed at SACRED SKIN in stones Corner because its well worth the trip, you won't be disappointed.

Hello there,
I went and got a tattoo today in the Greenslopes site and I just wanted to say that they were great, awesome service and the atmosphere was really welcoming and settling. The staff were extremely professional, conversational and genuinely happy to have my business.
Thanks to Tyson and Josh, Tyson for the awesome work, conversation and friendliness as it was going on and Josh for making me feel welcome when I arrived and appreciated when it was finished.
Awesome work guys, I'll be definitely be recommending you to anyone that is considering some art and I'll organize the touch up of my other one when I have the available funds.

Hi everyone.
I just wanted to say thank you to Tanelle and the whole team for taking such good care of me on Monday. It was my first tattoo and she did a wonderful job. The detail is amazing and everyone was very patient with me when I felt the need to almost faint.
I would recommend you to all of my friends and I believe that you will have my Mum and Dan in there to get their tattoos done soon.

Hi there,
Came in on the 1st of March to get my custom tattoo done, incidentally my first tattoo, by the lovely Teneile.
I have to say, the staff at SACRED SKIN are brilliant. You don't see too many tattoo joints with such friendly staff, that are extremely skilled to boot.
The design represented exactly what was in my head, and was inked out onto my skin exactly the same. Even though I live in WA I'll be making the trip back if I want something new or added on.
My friends and family are envious.

I just wanted to drop you an email and let you know how impressed I was with my first tattoo that I received yesterday 07th Jan at 4.30pm with Willa.
I was very nervous when I arrived and was very scared to have it done. Willa was very honest with what she was about to do and let me know step by step what she was about to do as she did it.
I felt little to no pain and was extremely impressed with her kind nature towards someone so nervous. The end result was exactly what I wanted and am more than happy with the end result. At the end I was left thinking to myself what was I so worried about.
Thanks for a job well done Willa myself and my husband will be booking into see you again shortly.

G'day all,
My name is Grant a while back I was down in Brissy on holidays with the family, on a Saturday afternoon after sight seeing around inner Brissy shops, markets etc for the last couple of days, I mentioned to my wife that I wouldn't mind getting some more work done on my left arm, also a couple of days of wandering around shopping is plenty enough for me. So I rang a few Tattoo Studios and got the usual response of "Nah mate too busy" which was pretty understandable as I was chasing to get it done the next day.
When I rang SACRED SKIN I was greeted with a cheery and helpful answer, I explained how I was only in town for a couple of days and the lady I spoke to couldn't have been more accommodating, she told me how they were fairly heavily booked but if I wanted I could come in and have a talk to one of there, at the time, less experienced tattooists.
When I got there the next afternoon, I straight away noticed how professional and clean the studio was, I met the lady I spoke to on the phone, as I wanted a custom tattoo, and even though the waiting area was busy she was more then happy to show me a stack of Google images of sea turtles which was what I was chasing to go with the rest of the ocean theme on my left forearm, after a bit of decision making and some helpful advice I picked the image I wanted, I then was introduced to Willa.
When I first met Willa I was honestly a little skeptical about her tattooing ability as she was only fairly young and looked nothing like the regular rough head tattooists I've met in the past, we had a bit of a yarn and she showed me some of her portfolio, and also mentioned some of her art background, she confidently told me that the tat would be no problem for her.
So after a few hours of very careful tattooing, I now have an excellent and lifelike tattoo of a sea turtle on the back of my forearm, I have been getting tattooed since I was 17. I'm now 37 and I can honestly say that the turtle on my arm is one of the best most detailed tatts I have. All I can say is that my tat was done by the shop apprentice, so it makes you wonder, how good are her mentors.
I'm so happy with the tat I would consider traveling the 3000klm round trip to get my right arm completed. So in my opinion if your chasing a top quality tattoo done in a professional, clean and courteous environment, go to SACRED SKIN and you won't go wrong.

It has been 8months now since I was in to have 2 tribal panthers done on my shoulder blades (by Ben), which are GREAT.
I just wanted to send through a quick thank you. I have visited a number of other tattooists, with friends (inter state) & I must say, you guys are really heads above the rest in both quality & service.

Last night I came in and had a small piece done by Ko. I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with the quality of the job, and the integrity shown by Ko.
I have had a few tattoos done elsewhere in the past, but I can assure you that after last night I will not be visiting any other studios. I have plans for a lot more work and will be bringing it all back to SACRED SKIN.

Hey guys!
Thanks heaps for helping me get my first tattoo this afternoon. It turned out way better than I had ever hoped! From the moment I first rang up and got Castelle (sorry if I got your name wrong sweetie) I felt welcomed and relaxed. When I walked through the door and was greeted by the same bright bubbly voice I encountered on the phone I knew I was in the right place and all my anguish melted away.
Everyone was wonderful. The lady who's name I don't know who cheerfully searched the internet till we got the perfect template, bought me coffee and shared a joke just helped to set any remaining nerves I had to rest.
Then I met Rob and the first glimpse of him made all the apprehension come flooding back! But it only took me a few minutes to realise the bearded giant was just a big marshmallow teddy bear who could easily win an Archibald prize I think he's such a great artist. He took a fanciful cloud in my head and turned it into a masterpiece on my skin.
I was so relaxed at one point I almost dozed off till he tapped a nerve and my toe twitched. Lol!
So thanks again everyone at SACRED SKIN, check your doorstep tomorrow morning and you'll find a small token of my appreciation to share with the team.
